Kids Emotions Potions

A 2 hour aromatic exploration of emotions and the body. Kids will have the opportunity to experience the oils first hand and to learn how aroma can be used to support emotional strength and regulation.

They will explore their alchemical side mixing blending and creating as well as learn tools for mindful watching of their emotional states and self regulation.
